a couple of weeks back i was asked to take some press shots for my mates band. i tried to explain that i didn't own a professional camera and that if they could borrow one, i'd snap a couple off. to cut this story short, i rocked up with my sony cybershot (silver rocket - love you sonic youth)
twiddled the dial and pressed the biggest button. when i got home i plugged my little silver rocket into my flat silver computery thing and messed around in photoshop. here are the results..
see! anyone with a mobile phone CAN be a photographer. don't give up your day job and i'll hang onto mine. deal? deal!
